An Unofficial
Marketing Research
on
Squaresoft, Inc.
(The Best Video Game Developer Ever!!!)
I am putting this up just to add some more content to my website, in
addition to dedicate my most favorite company - Square Co., Ltd. This is
also part of my Marketing Project for the Marketing Class in Columbia
College Chicago during Fall 2002. Since my primary career is the
gaming industry, I chose to do the project on the global popular video
game company. Although you may not have heard of the company's name, you
must have seen its advertisement on its main product - Final Fantasy.
Square
Co., Ltd. was established in Japan, 1986. In 1989, Square expanded into the U.S.
market by establishing a subsidiary called Square Soft, Inc. It is
located in L.A., next to its sister companies, Square Pictures in L.A.
and Square USA in Honolulu.
