Lucky or Unlucky??
Scene 3
Time: One of the Maths. Lesson in the November
Place: The Classroom
Characters: Storyteller, Susan, Cyrus, Cherry, Mr. Fong, Narrator
Storyteller: As I knew that he would be in the same
class with me, I became quieter and quieter.
Narrator: [Scene opens with Susan sits next to Cyrus,
but there is a small gallery between them. And then Cherry sits to the
first seat in the Susan's column. There is other 9 students sit in the
classroom and Mr. Fong stands there.]
Storyteller: In the November, I had a chance to
change the seat. As I needed to sit near to him, I thought that I was
very unlucky.
Mr. Fong: Anyone wants to try to answer this question?
Narrator: [Then he looks around all the students
and says.]
Mr. Fong: If none, Susan, you write the answer on
the blackboard.
Susan: (Say quietly to herself) This is so difficult!
Narrator: [She walks forward to the blackboard,
and then writes down her answer on the board from her class workbook.
Then, she comes back to her seat.]
Susan: (Be frightened) Oh no! The answer is wrong!
Narrator: [She walks forward to the blackboard quickly
and changes the answers that on the blackboard. Then she comes back to
the seat.]
Cyrus: (Feints himself very clever) Why you are
so stupid? This is so easy to answer this question, but you can write
the wrong answer on the blackboard. Ha, if I were you, I would not go
forward to the blackboard to change the answer.
Susan: (Very angry) This is not your business!
Narrator: [Then she cries and says tearfully.]
Susan: I know that I am not as clever as you. But
you can't laugh at me…
Storyteller: Then I didn't say anything until at
the recesses that Cherry concerned me. He didn't give me an apology because
he didn't think that he was wrong.
Cyrus: Mr. Fong, you should say sorry to her, shouldn't you? If you didn't
ask her to answer your question, she wouldn't cry.
Storyteller: Cherry heard that and then she went
to talk to Cyrus.
Cherry: (Says like very serious) Cyrus, you should
say sorry to Susan! You made her cry, why Mr. Fong need to substitute
you to say sorry to Susan?
Cyrus: I did something wrong? I don't think so.
In fact, she is not clever…
(Storyteller:) [Cherry looks angrier and Susan is
continuous cry.]
Cyrus: (Feels have no choice) Sorry, Susan.
Storyteller: In fact, I had forgotten him, but I
didn't show this fact to him.
[Close the scene and this is the end of scene 3.]
