Do you have horses registered with the HWA? Are you just interested in western disciplines? This is the place to check often for association updates, EXCO job opportunities, upcoming features, and anything else you'll ever need to know. It's the HWA News page. Here's what we've got:
- We're all set for the 2004 season! The first show to count for points will be the Magnolia Hills For The Love of Western to be held on February 14th. Check out the H!L events calendar for more information on entering! With the new season comes the need to re-register. Please remember to fill out the required information at the bottom of your entries in order to have your horses' points count for the 2004 year-end awards!
- Do you love western? Wish you could get more involved in the game? Want to learn more about western disciplines? Why not join the HWA EXCO!?! You'll help to develop new programs and provide more information to the Hay! Land players. Positions are available on the research and development committee and also the events and awards committee. E-mail Liberty if you're interested. We'd love to have you!
- If you find any problems (broken links, scattered HTML fragments, etc.) please e-mail Liberty so that she can fix it. Thanks for your help!
- We're in the process of updating all of our records. If you see a horse on the registered horses page that should be registered under your name, if you notice that your barn initials are not correct, or if your e-mail address has changed please e-mail hlwassoc@yahoo.com. To update a horse we'll need their registration number, their name, your name, your e-mail, and your barn initials so make sure to include it in the e-mail. Horses listed without owners or barns are those who we know the owners have left the game. If you now own one of these horses make sure to update. E-mails are being sent out with the current information so that you can verify and make any updates then also. You have two weeks to claim horses that should be under your ownership but are not. After that we'll be giving those reg. numbers away and you'll have to re-register the horse. Any questions can be e-mailed to hlwassoc@yahoo.com
