Our Marina Harbour has over 90 of the chain type moorings, with yachts such as the 26' Theta - 22' Mistral, Jaguar and the evergreen Vivacity making up some of the numbers. The clubs most popular class currently is the Hunter keelboat with other classes such as the 505, Laser, Sprog and Miracle dinghies also present. ***************** HMYC caters for the needs of all sailors irrespective of what you sail ****************** An excellent JUNIOR training program is in place and is structured for all levels of sailing from novice to expert, with no charge levied to club members for training sessions. For the COMPETITIVE sailors HMYC hosts organised sailing events every weekend during the sailing season. (Sept. - July) We have many top sailors as members who are only too happy to share their 'skills' with any new comer to the ranks.
