Can I buy one of this cars ?

Yes and no. First of all, we do NO shipping. Means: you have to pick it up on your own.
Second: see warning (under “directions”)

Can I build my own ENOON-device ?

Yes.

Directions:
Go towards Alpha-centaur, after Alpha-c. turn
right towards Phi-ceti. After approx. 50
Light-years you'll find a small system with only
20 Planets. Fgrh'hkjs'l City is on the 9th planet.
Contact the local Space-traffic control for details.
 

When in Fgrh'hkjs'l City simply follow Emperor-Gonzo-the-great Avenue.
After passing the 30miles high Gonzo-the-Great Monument, you’ll see
“Bob’s crappy old car universe” on the right hand side. A great place –
it’s worth a visit. They even have a department for earth-made cars
and they are specialised in cars made out of stainless steal.
You want a car that DEFINETELY breaks down? That’s the place to go !
 

Then pass the Unknown-Inventor Square. On that square is
the planets only power plant. (yeah, the small yellow box which looks like
a standard US-mailbox-except the warning on it. Caution! Harm to small children when swallowed!)

Right next to it is “Saur-Ons Bearing Outlet.” They have bearings from everywhere in the universe. (be warned: Saur always sells the cheap crap to the customers
Ask for his brother Ons. He’s a nice guy.)

On the opposite side you can see a small building, which has only 3200 floors.
"Froooon's Antique Technology Store" is on floor 2023-2123.The device you are looking for is sold in the “outdated-generators dept.”
Hint: Also visit the “technology for the simple-minded dept.”, That’s a must

As far as we know, they accept Gonzocard and TravellerGalaxcheks class 4.
