A super criminal escapes to the past in an attempt to kill the judge who gave him the death sentence before he gets a chance to become a judge. What better time than when he's in high school? The Future cops are also sent back in time to protect the judge in his youth and recapture the criminal and his gang. Future cops and the criminals are characters out of the arcade game "Street Fighter II".
Although Ekin is not the main character, but it is one of the only comedic movies that Ekin ever filmed. Ekin is Ken (like in the game street fighter) who helps the bad guy, General (M.Bison), to go back to the past and try to brain wash the toughest judge around (Dicky Cheung) before the General face the trial.
