Fly into the Comfy Chair!!

My fourth house. Yes, it's Monty Python's comfy chair in GPRO form! Neat little house, fairly hard. And a GREAT Monty Python sound! I made this one after Comedy Central had a Monty Python marathon on New Year's Day a few years ago. When you watch that much MP it begins to affect your brain... :-) 14 rooms, B+ from GT

Paul's Grade: B+

Last thing I knew, Glider PRO was built around the concept of houses. Glider goes in house, glider dies or something, and glider comes out of house. I was all right with the Death Star; it was a still a kind of building. Now Matt Wolfe makes the game into a piece of furniture! But seriously, folks, I don't know what to say about this house... er, chair. It is what it claims to be - a comfy chair. There's some sound of a guy yelling, "The Comfy Chair!" which is really weird, and I think the point of the house is to get caught in a vacuum bag. The art is for the most part, well executed, and I don't see any major problems. I just don't get it, apparently. Try it - you might. (P.S. - Even after finding out how to beat it, I still didn't get it. It must have been one of those days.)

I think the comfy chair was a neat idea (and I'd like to see the brainstorming process to get to the concept of a chair as a glider house!), but some of the ideas were a little strange. For instance, a basketball bouncing on nothingness I think detracts from the game (And I should talk! My own Mases was filled with floating objects!), and killer fluffy pillows (cute) that look as if they were floating off in midair. The Comfy Chair is nonetheless a chair, although the picture in the first room could use a bit of smoothing. Most of all, I had fun during the few minutes it took me to complete the house, which is the big point of the whole game, and it was quite challenging enough.
