Pita Pizza
  I practically live on these because they are quick, easy, and taste great

1 Pita of your choice ( I like the Basson Bakery brand available at Costco, they are fat free)
2  Tbs. low fat, low sodium spaghetti sauce
1/4 C cheese ( I use the 4th street Deli brand mozz/cheddar blend)

Depending on your taste and or allotment's of fat, sodium, or calories for the day you can add:
Canned or fresh cooked mushrooms
Sliced tomatoes (grape tomatoes are my favorite)
sliced olives
sliced onion (red onion is my favorite)
Sliced cooked chicken breast
Small amount of blue cheese
Parmesan cheese

Place in toaster oven or broiler until cheese is brown or to your liking of doneness.
Serve with green salad and reduced fat dressing
