DAY FOUR: 10TH JUNE 1999, THURSSAY (PEMBERTON TO DENMARK TO ALBANY)
Woke up at 5.30am in the morning by Chih Wee's wake up call! Grrr and he even asked me to go wake up the gurls in the next apartment .... I remembered I was soo tired that I just walked out in the freezing cold (7 degrees celcius mind u!) in the dark just in my shorts and tee barefooted to wake the gurls up in the nearby "apartment" armed with a torch for safety. Luckily I was too tired to realise how damn cold it was!
We met up with the group half an hour later and we began our journey from the resort into the forests nearby, like walking through Bukit Timah Nature Reserve but much colder, pitch black and narrow and bumpy paths. It was all dark and most of us didn't bring torches *gasp* so we had to warn each other bout the dangers in front, we were on our way to see the Beedelup Waterfalls, we walked for like 45minutes and when we got there the waterfall was closed down for renovation or something like that!!!! We were all on the verge of killing Chih Wee!!!!!!!!!!
So everyone walked back to the resort and we had a wonderful breakfast there. And once again we got our luggages and were on the move again!! We got to the "Treetops Trail", it was really neat! It's a bridge built high on top of the forest so the view was just magnificent!!
We had fish and chips for lunch at a restaurant by the beach. Aussie beaches are lovely! Next stop was a Perfume Factory which was really interesting. We made a quick stop at "The Gap", spectacular sights of crashing waves! We were told not to lean over the cliff too much cos nobody ever survived a fall from there....*scary* Finally we were taken to Mount Clarence, yet another lovely sight of the harbour.
We checked into a motel in Albany, it was only 2 to a room so it was just Sandra and me. More privacy but not as wild as 6 gurlss! Guess where we went for dinner?? A Chinese restaurant!! Hahaa, Sandra, Wrenna, Janet, Wendy and I didn't eat much at all cos we shared the table with the guys and all we did was laugh most of the time instead of eating. They put pepper and salt into Kok Ling's rice LOL. We had time for shopping down on the streets of Albany... Gramp didn't come along so we had to walk back to the Motel. Sandra and I digged chocolate bars before going to bed, ain't that healthy eh????

That's the lovely view from the Treetops Walk where a longg bridge was built above the forest. Very shaky and scary bridge but a magnificent view! :)

The Gap, spectacular sights of crashing waves! And nothing to support ya at all, stand too close and ya fall!
