Towards the end of the ten to twelve year civil conflict in 2000, we were lucky an organisation,One Sky Canadian Institute of sustainable living came to aid.A Canadian Organisation with its Executive Director,Michael Simpson. Today we have (1)National Secretariat,(2)The Ricardo Navarro Eco-Centre and (3) Community workforce.

(1)National Secretariat we have the following activities Administrative,Outreach Programs,Library,Local Groups,Internships, Volunteers FOE Pre-Primary School,Campaigns,Programmes and Projects.

(2)Ricardo Navarro Eco-Centre, Environmental Studies,Tree Nursery and Tree Planting,Bicycle Training,Roofing Tiles Training,Soap Training,Tailoring and Dress Making,Organic Agriculture,Typing and computer training,Gara Tie Die,Literacy Classes and a Child Care Programme.

(3)Community Development workforce.We promote community development through education and practical work. We were having a separate agriculture project(Lifecycles Organic Agriculture Project) but because of constraints we have closed it recently and concentrate all Organic Agricultural activities (training and demonstration) at the Eco-Centre at Hamilton Village which is about seven miles from the City Center. The Ricardo Navarro Eco-Centre is on a five acres of land planned for Training,Research,Communication,Planning and Development. The land is divided into three parts,one for Admin and training purposes,second for conference centre and guest quarters,Staff quarters and third Organic Agriculture (vegetables,poultry,piggery and rabbitry). Presently we have four Canadians (interns)working with us.

We would like some members of Hull to visit us next year.Here is no problem about accommodation and some vegetables for now.
