Leorio—There are so many people! All those people are going to Zaban?
Leo rio, Kulapika and Gon were walking on the streets of Dolle (French name is Dollé). Watching the strange figures of men wanting to become Hunters.

Before they left the ship the Captain spoke to Gon.

Then the Captain points out to a huge tree on a mountain.
Captain—Go to that tree on that mountain. It's a shortcut to get to the area of the exam.
Gon running away and waving—All right!!! Thank you!!!
Captain speaking to himself—You don't have to worry about him Jin. Your son is a good kid.
A shadow behind a wall looked at the whole scene and say— ... (I thought it was Jin before...)
Leorio—That's weird... Look! The city of Zaban, where the exam will be, is clearly indicated on this map. It's a large city... It's a bit stupid to go towards the mountain by taking the opposite route... When we can take the bus which takes us there directly. Leorio sat down on the sidewalk and waited like all the others for the bus to come. After a while he said to himself
Leorio—It's so long!!!
Two people in the background were speaking and Leorio heard them
Stranger 1—Yo! You don't know? It seems that the direct bus to Zaban isn't going to it's original destination!
Stranger2—A trap? Rukki told me it was another trick to eliminate participants...
Leorio kept on sitting on the sidewalk after hearing that, but he stayed there for a while. He was probably thinking because all of a sudden and started running towards the road Gon and Kulapika took yelling
Leorio—Eh! WAIT! Wait for me! You two, don't you feel like empty? You're missing me no? Well, in that case, too bad for the bus I'm accompanying you! HAHAHAHA...
Leorio was talking alone while running towards Kulapika and Gon still visible in the distance.

The wind was blowing, cigarettes, bottles and clothing were rolling and flying away. Barred doors and windows were plentiful. The group of three arrived in this placed and looked around. The streets were deserted and they started talking
Leorio—I don't like this place... There's nobody living here...
Gon—But there's a lot of people!

All of a sudden in a street appeared many people like nothing happened previously. People with weird maskes were walking around and an old lady was in the center of the street seeming like she was waiting for the group.
"MPF, MPF, MPF"
Gon, Kulapika and Leorio looked at the old lady, not knowing what would happen next.
Old Lady—Palpitating.. she said in an almost wisper
The group looked at her, Leorio seeming mad.
Suddenly the old lady scream!
Old Lady—The palpitating quiz with two questions!!!
Leorio and Kulapika had that tear on their head (Exasperated?) but Gon looked at her. The people with the masks clapped and then the old lady spoke again.
Old Lady—You're going towards the tree on the mountain right? But before getting there, you need to get out of this village. Ther other roads who can bring you there are similar to mazes where terrible monsters live. So I will ask you one question. You'll have only five seconds of reflection. If you answer wrong.. This error will disqualify you and you won't be able to try out for the exam of Hunter this year.
Leorio—Hmmm...
Kulapika—I see. Another task...
Old Lady—You answer by 1 or 2 !! No other answer will be tolerated.
Leorio—Wait a minute! You mean one question for three people? What if he answers (pointing at Kulapika) and gets it wrong, then i'll be disqualified too?.

"Spy"—Ok. I'll answer before you. Ha ha ha, sorry kid, I heard everything at the port.
Gon—*almost whispering*The conversation with the Captain...
Leorio—*almost whispering*He's not shy!

Old Lady—What do you decide?

Kulapika, Gon, Leorio— ...
Leorio—Grrrr. Grrrrr. WHAT ARE YOU SAYING!!! WHAT IS THIS CROOKED QUIZZ??? This game is really anything. Who can say the answer is right or wrong with this kind of question? From the examiners to the guy who got it. All of this is BS! To me you don't do that! I'm gone! I'm going by a different path!!!
Old Lady—Hm. It's too late. If you abandon, you'll be disqualified.
Leorio— ...?!
Old Lady—You don't have the ability to become Hunter!
Kulapika— !! *Seems like she heard something!* Leorio!

Leorio—Come on! Count Grandma! Count the last instants you have left to live!
*3, 2, 1*
Old Lady—There! It's finished!
Leorio jumped trying to rech the old lady with his stick. Kulapika blocked him with one of his own weapon and Leorio's stick broke. The old lady looked at this scene and looked mad.
Leorio was furious and spoke to Kulapika
Leorio—WHY DID YOU STOP ME?!
Kulapika—CALM DOWN!
Leorio—YOU'RE JOKING RIGHT!? i'M TOO MUCH ON MY NERVES! i'M GOING TO TAKE A LITTLE PRESENT WITH ME TO ZABAN! HER HEAD! aND THEM I'M GONNA DO MYSELF HER ACOLYTES WITH THEIR SNOBBY WAYS! aFTER THIS, IT'S ME THAT'S GONNA GIVE THEM MORALS! BECOMING HUNTER?! NO! THERE'S MORE TO DO FOR THIS SOCIETY! GET RID OF THOSE PEOPLE WITH THEIR SHITTY QUIZZES!!!
Kulapika—We won, and you want to screw everything up?
Leorio—What ??
Kulapika swished her weapon and get rid of Leorio's stick.
Kulapika—We gave the right answer, Leorio. Silence! That's the good answer.
Leorio didn't seem to believe it.
Kulapika—You said it yourself too! "Who can say the answer is right or wrong with this kind of question? This quiz has no exact answer! The only rule is too answer by 1 or 2. But in reality, we can't answer. The solution is therefore silence.
Leorio seemed surprised and pointed towards the direction the guy went through
Leorio—But But!!! Later! The guy! He went...
Kulapika—We told him to go throught, but nobody told him it was the right answer. I heard him yell earlier. He probably got killed by some monster or something. In fact... This was is not the good one.
Leorio seemed confused and he remaine speechless...
Old Lady—Totally right!. The right path is here.
Two of her acolytes opened a secret door and a path appeared. There's only one path! After approximately two hours of walk, you'll reach the summit.
Leorio—... Grandma... I have to excuse myself.
Old Lady—Why? It's because I want to meet people like you that I accepted this job. Hold on, and you'll become a good Hunter.
Leorio—Yes...
Gon—Pfff... No! I really don't see...
Kulapika and Leorio looked at him then laughed
Leorio—No! It's okay! You can stop searching.
Gon—What? Why?
Leorio—Why? Because the Quiz is finished.

Kulapika and Leorio seemed in a transe after that.They just understoodthe meaning of the question.
