THE CELEBRATION OF THE 5th. ANNIVERSARY OF FOUNDATION OF O.W.K.   

Introduction and Rules

The 5th celebration of " The Other World Kingdom " - OWK's foundation - took place from 01 to June 03, 2001, with the unofficial opening on the evening of May 31. I have attended previous celebrations and, this time, I had the entertaining company of Lady Úrsula Maior, as well as My personal slave/husband, zepierre. In contrast to last year, this time the weather was cloudy and  even a little chilly. But the festivities were very " hot " and all the Guests and even the slaves took advantage of it. 

After 5 days of tourism in Prague, we arrived on May 31 afternoon, to the dependences of OWK. The slave-driver of OWK was on the spot at the hotel in Prague. Few hours later on W/we arrived at OWK. Úrsula preferred to stay at the Hotel Klas, distant about 3 km from OWK, but a driver and car was at Her disposal anytime. This year I was in a bigger and more comfortable apartment, with a large bedroom, a living room (frigobar, tv and video, sound) and a dungeon. The pictures below show some details of the room.

			In this room We had a lot of fun (Ursula and me) playing with the slaves. I also took in other Dominas, watch OWK's videos and even rested...

GENERAL IMPRESSION: 

The organization of the event was better than last year. In fact, it has been improving each year as a result of the accumulated experience. Also the games and the meeting performances were better. Ladies and slaves of several countries attended: Europe, Australia, Asia and North America. Ursula Maior and I were the only representatives of South America. 

I reestablished contact with Ladies that I met previously, as well as making new contacts, very useful for the development of Female Domination. The welcome was very affectionate, not only from the other Ladies, but also from the staff of OWK. In particular Madame Ina, who was once again the Mistress of Ceremonies of the entire event, the Guards of the Queen and, above all, Her Majesty Patricia I, Queen of OWK. All were excellent hosts, showing a lot of affection and esteem for the things of Brazil 

Ursula and I distributed Brazilian gifts for the Ladies and nearer Organizers and, of course, special presents for the Queen, our hostess. Details of the special audience with the Queen can be seen further. 

An important aspect that deserves to be noted was the subject of conversations between Me and some other Sublime Ladies - Maria from Holland, Mona of Sweden, Sabine of Vienna, Ina of OWK: We discussed the possibility of starting something like a Council of Sublime Ladies, to share experiences, concepts and suggestions for the development of Female Domination. The idea was based on the experiences we had at the evening prior to the first day of the celebrations, at the exclusive meeting of the Ladies -the " Ladies Council ", where the rules for the behavior of people during the Celebrations were established by the Ladies. 

I report in details below and in the following pages the main points that I experienced (and felt) during My stay in OWK was reported below and in the following pages. Some topics shows some pictures I shot in My room, since external pictures are forbidden.

" LADIES COUNCIL " : 

It was about 22:30 on May 31, in the presence of Her Majesty Queen Patricia I, Her Excellency Sublime Lady Mona of Sweden opened the Ladies Council, where the rules for the behavior of people during the Celebrations were established by the Ladies. All the slaves, including the servants of Kingdom and even the personal slave of Her Majesty were taken off the night-club Wanda (where the Council was placed) for the Guards of the Queen, Lady Nicole, Lady Loreen and Lady Christine. they are forced to stay on knees for about 1 hour and 30 minutes in the lobby of the night club. zepierre told me later that the Guards keep watching all the time and forced, by the whips, the male creatures to keep that respectful position during all the time the Council last, including the time they listen to the rules dictated by Sublime Lady Mona.  

The Ladies Council established many rules by consensus, after some discuss and toasts. I stand out the following: 

1. All male creatures present to the event are considered slaves and should be labeled with a black dot on their foreheads, besides using collar all the time. The lonely male creatures will be auctioned obligatorily. The ones not bought in auction, will become slaves of Kingdom during the Celebration. This rule brought an aspect quite different from the previous celebrations. In those, some male creatures could be just something like " observers ", which, in certain subtle way, allowed a diverse posture from those that were slaves. This year, by fortune, it didn't happen, leveling all male creatures as slaves, without any possibility of discrimination. 

2. Ladies cannot use, feed or punish other Ladies slaves, except on the games or when authorized by creature's Lady. That also is valid to the State's slaves, that can be used for specific functions they are ordered to, like whipping boy, carriages driver, etc.  For other uses, the Guards of the Queen should be informed and They determine the slave to serve a invited Lady. That can be exemplified when I requested a slave for daily cleaning My room to Madame Loreen . She defined the slave that would be used for. On the spot, the bell sounded and the State slave was to the door, holding the cleaning stuff. 

3. slaves that disrespected the rules must be accused by any of the Ladies to the Guard of the Queen or to his Owner.  

Some rules for the slaves: § not to remove the collar in any circumstance; § never to address any Woman without previous authorization; § not to look directly at a Ladies eyes, only when authorized to; § whenever in the Ladies presence, male creatures have to show respect, looking down, heads lowered, hands on the backs; § male creatures have to open all the doors to the Women; § each Owner is responsible for the behavior of Her slave(s); § the slaves' genital should be covered in public, except during the punishments or in certain games; § erotic games are forbidden in public; § slaves will never sit down to the same level of the Ladies, they should just use the slaves' stools or the ground, except in the restaurant during the meals (" pub U Chomouta "). Even in this case, to occupy the chairs, the slave needed to have his Lady's authorization. I didn't allow zepierre to occupy any chair at any moment. The same rule I ordered to the slave I bought in the auction. Both are allowed to sit down on the stools for the meals. In the other places I ordered to them sit or kneel down on the ground. 

After listen to the rules and say they understood it, the slaves were labeled on the forehead by the Guards of Kingdom. Soon afterwards, Ladies and slaves went to the night-club Wanda for entertainment. We talked, we laughed, we dance and we also played some games with our slaves. 
It was late night when I went to bed. The activities of the following day would be intense.
