After
the Fireworks, I entered the Hall of Throne pulling my two slaves by the leashes.
As
usual, the Guards of Kingdom observed several State’s slaves on the floor. The
Ladies, very charm, took Their seating on the armchairs, chatting and drinking,
having the respective slaves to their feet. Some occasional scenes happened here
and there. I chose an armchair, sat down and ordered to the slave no. 4 to
be in the ground, to My Feet, while zepierre was to My backs.
As
soon as Her Majesty, Queen Patricia I entered and went to Her imposing Throne,
Madame Ina began the Ceremony to award the Winners of that evening’s contests.
At first She called Lady Annette of England, winner of the Billiard tournament.
Applauded by the audience, the English Domina thanked and left the stage.
Soon
afterwards, Madame Ina announced My Name and the name of My Country, as the
Winner of the Hot Wax painting’s contest. I was very happy receiving My prizes:
a champagne bottle, the Diploma and the riding crop made in OWK. And, of course,
warm applauses of that special audience. When returning to My place, My slaves
kissed My boots in delight for My victory and I was greeted by Ladies that were
seating around.
Minutes
later it was beginning the traditional and prestigious contest. The task
consists of beating, for 3 minutes sharp, the slave's butt, using the Lady
participant favorite instrument. The slave is leaned over a punishment’s rack,
untied and without a gag. A Jury composed by 3 Ladies evaluates the performance
of the Ladies Competitors in the following categories: cruelty, creativity,
colors of the ass and general impression. Each category may be reach from 1 to
20 points. A 10 points bonus will be added to the final addition, if the slave
doesn't scream during the proof. In case the slave gets up or leaves the spot,
Lady will be disqualified. The Lady that added the largest number is declared
the Winner of the Contest, receiving the prizes: a cup, a Diploma and one of the
braided OWK’s whips. This year, for the first time, Ladies that added more
points for each category got a Diploma too.
The
contest had many Ladies Competitors. I could observe different styles of
whipping. “Flogs”, “paddles”, rattan canes, riding crops, braided whips
of various size were used. The dispute was very intense and provoked sighs of
admiration and a lot of applause of Ladies. I could also notice that the slaves,
so much Mine, looked fearful showing a kind of “solidarity in pain” to the
“target-slaves” that won red tones at each line left to their flashes by the
instruments. The audience could admire the soft ballet of the bodies and arms
movements from the Ladies Competitors, obtaining sounds of different rhythms
that added the whistle from the air
in movement to the explosion of the whips in the nude flesh of the slaves butt.
That is one of the greatest shows of the Celebrations. Of course I already saw
world around, excellent demonstrations of whipping skills. But for the quality
of this exhibition that I have been accompanying from 3 years now, I can affirm
without fear of missing, that this show is one of the best, certainly. The
lovers of Female Domination should not lose the opportunity to attend to this
very class of whipping techniques. And for the ones that have this practice as
their largest fetish, besides observing the techniques, the aesthetics of the
State of Art allows pleasant and excitement moments.
The
unusual fact of this year was the disqualification of one of the Ladies, because
the slave-target, besides screaming a lot, shook like a green branch, and got up
of the punishment rack. Immediately the Jury ordered to stop, eliminating the
Lady. And She had bought that slave exactly to be Her target to this contest.
She was very angry to the slave's awkward behavior. But, at the following night,
She sent him to the Civil Court... That

This
year the General Winner was Lady Irene Boss again. She demonstrated Her skills
with the different types of instruments, making the audience pay attention to
the intensities increases of an effective slave’s whipping, in a
“crescendo”.
The
winners of the contest were, not only strongly applauded, as well as very
greeted by the Dominant Ladies and reverenced by Their slaves.
