Purpose of This Site
The purpose of this site is to do several
things:
- Have a site where 5100 users (and others), who
are having the same problem, can come and find the
solution, as well as to
understand the problem and its cause.
- Have a site where 5100 users can come and state
they have a problem, which will then be recorded for
all to see. Because of limited resources, this
will be done by simply signing
"the guestbook". As more and more users
sign the guestbook, thus recording their problem,
Dell can hopefully begin to get an idea of how many
people are experiencing the auto-shutdowns.
Hopefully Dell will rectify the problem upon seeing
such a large number of users with this same issue.
- Have a site where 5100 users can come, view a
sample complaint
letter, insert their personal info, such as
name, email, express service code, etc., and then
email dell regarding this problem.
- Summing up, the main purpose is to get Dell to
WAKE UP AND DO SOMETHING IF THEY DON'T WANT TO LOSE
THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS.
