STUDENT EXECUTIVE
COUNCIL
Formally called SEC, Student Executive
Council of IBIT consists of student representatives delegated with the
authority to propose and conduct student related activities. It has 4
sub-committees which are required to function within their respective
domains and also to work in collaboration certain times.
PUBLIC RELATIONS AND PROMOTION
SUB-COMMITTEE
The task of this sub-committee is to
make IBIT a recognized institute in the public at large. At present PR
sub-committee has carried out various competitions amongst which LOGO
competition was the major one.
INDUSTRIAL LIASON SUB-COMMITTEE
This sub-committee is to coordinate
with IBIT management to give the institute recognition within the
industrial zones. At present IL sub-committee’s major achievement is the
preparation of IBIT monuments.
FUNCTIONS
SUB-COMMITTEE
The most fetched sub-committee of SEC
arranged a memorable trip to “KHILA ROUTAAS”.
SPORTS SUB-COMMITTEE
 The most active sub-committee of SEC
has already carried out various cricket matches along with it a QUIZ
competition.
In short SEC will support academic
related as well as extracurricular activities of IBIT. It will motion
industrial tours, promotion of IBIT, annual dinners, leisure and
informative trips quiz and games competition to broaden its students
horizon.
SEC will arrange
additional activities to heighten student physical as well as mental
competency. IBIT GYMNASIUM will be a huge investment in this respect.
