Housing Support Service

IDEAs' One to One Work in the Community

IDEAs provide a Housing Support Service to some of our members. This allows us to offer valuable support to our Members in their own homes enabling them to maintain their tenancies and independence and make choices about how they wish to run their lives.

This can cover a range of activities such as; help and advice with home management, cooking, shopping, handling money and budgeting; filling in forms, replying to written material and finding out about benefits; making appointments or arranging visits from professionals and importantly, socialising, chatting and going out into the community.
