Sillabub (Jemima)

Sillabub (Known as Jemima in London and the Video, as well as a few other places.), is the youngest of the Jellicle tribe. In fact, the musical takes place at her first Jellicle Ball. She has coloring similar in type to Bombalurina, but with more black and brown. Although not as energetic as her friend, Etcetera, Sillabub still is a fiesty kitten and enjoys the attention given to her by Rum Tum Tugger. Although still quite young, Sillabub is the first of the Jellicles to understand the feelings of Grizabella when the old Glamour cat attempts to return to the tribe. She joins the older cat in the song Memory, where she helps Grizabella to share her past with the others. In some productions, there is a Sillabub and a Jemima (such as Japan).
