3.The ways to liquidate the Religion.

 In the 3d and 4  th paragraphs of his secret report the Secretary of the  Party Committee of so called "Autonomous Region" Wang Lequan discussed the  religious issues. He called for further strengthening control over the  religious meetings and religious leaders' activities; talking about the  necessity to diminish the sphere of activities of mosques and religious leaders he showed the ways to destroy gradually the religious belief in  Eastern Turkestan, at least to reduce the religious belief among Uygurs to  the level of the "Cultural revolution" time.         Talking about the concrete methods to be used to fulfil this policy he  said: it is necessary to spread the practice of controlling the mosques by  the cadres of ethnic minorities, our cadres of ethnic minorities of  different ranks should take responsibility for the mosques, from the  governor Juret Memtimin at top to the cadres in villages must check in time  the problems being in close contact with the mosques, even with those, which  do not make troubles. We have to put the exact tasks and give instructions  to them, and teach minorities' cadres the methods of establishing the  contacts with the mosques".         Dear compatriots, the Wang Lequan's words cited above on the one hand show  the dishonorable and non-merciful nature of the Chinese rule, on the other  hand demonstrate the pitiful position of the religion in Eastern Turkestan.  The Chinese authorities using the tactics of "frying something with its own  fat", worked out the concrete plan of destroying the religion in Eastern  Turkestan with the help of the group of faithful lackeys called the "cadres  of the minorities", and the Chinese government is teaching these cadres of  minorities the methods of making contacts with the mosques! Of cause what  Wang Lequan is going to teach them is not how to pray in the mosques, but  how to watch and control those innocent poor Uygurs that come to the mosques  to pray. Chinese government tries now to bring the system of  "responsibility" used before in the plants and organizations into the  mosque, the only place where the Uygurs can get together to pray and under  this mask to turn the mosques into the political organizations and the black  nests for the lackeys. By this mean method of destroying the prestige of the  sacred mosques the Chinese regime wants to force the Uygurs to turn back to  their religion! The gifted Uygur people will undoubtedly overcome these  political tricks.  The chief  "kazi" (religious judge) Wang Lequan also instructed how many  student should the religious figures have and where these disciples should  go and reside in: " We have to limit strictly the number of the students  that the patriot religious leaders can train, it is enough for a patriot  religious leaders to have only 2 or 3 students and for the big mosques 4 or  5 students. It is prohibited to have more. The mosques are strictly  prohibited to train the "akhuns" for other places. We must not give the  religious activists to communicate with each other. Previously there were no  contacts between the villages, and now we have troubles from training the  "akhuns" in outer places. Last time we had a great trouble when more than  800 students trained by mullah in Qarghilik had spread to all places, having  formed such a powerful force. The religious student must serve in the same  mosque where he has been trained, it is not allowed to train the students  for other mosques!"   Dear compatriots, the people of Eastern Turkestan know well that those  religious activists called by Wang Lequan "patriot religious leaders" are  the persons trained by Communist party for the mosques. They are the persons  who faithfully propagate the policy of the Communist Party calling for "the unity of ethnicities, unity of the army and people,  birth control" instead  of calling for the way of Allah, because the Chinese government never named  the real leaders like the late Ablikim Mehsum in Qarghilik the "religious  leader"! The permission made by Wang Lequan to those "religious figures" to  have 2 or 3 students, is not generosity of the Communist government, but is  a plan to train the faithful adherents of the Party. Poor Wang Lequan does  not even trust these "patriot religious leaders" just because they are  "Uygurs" and he has to limit their activities too! Wang Lequan realizes well  that these persons who betray their own people can never be considered to be  reliable for his Party.

Dear compatriots, the Wang Lequan's report clearly testifies that the  attractive word about religion in the Constitution of Chine have nothing  common with the situation in Eastern Turkestan, because according to the  article #36 of the Constitution the citizens of the People's Republic of  China have right to freedom of faith, and the governmental establishments  and social organizations do not have right to force the citizens to profess  religion or not to do it, those who are not religious must be equally  treated, and the State protects the religious activities. But does the  Communist Party's highest representative in Eastern Turkestan stand in  opposition to this article of the Constitution? Does the Chinese government  always declare that Eastern Turkestan was the Chinese territory since the  emergence of the planet? In the contrary the Chinese attitude to Eastern  Turkestan demonstrates that the government actually treats this territory as  if it is not the Chinese one, because to call this land its own mens first  to take care of it.
