is your average college party going guy always wants to known where the
party is at. He's always buzzed and trying to score with the ladies. He
doesn't get much action but is still under the delusion that he is desirable
to women. Chances are you haven't noticed him but he is at every party.
He looks like some generic college guy clone but a little grubbier. He
always has a sports hat on and a beer in his had. Dressed in casual baggy
GAP clothing because he lacks originality and individuality (or maybe that's
what he likes), He sort of blends in with the furniture. If you have the
miss fortune of meeting Todd know that you have been marked for life. Every
party you go to you will see him and at first it will be cool. Then everywhere
you go he will somehow be there and he wont stop talking to you. The only
things he will have to say is how fine all the girls are and how rocking
the party is. What's worse is he will repeat those same things to you like
you forgot the other twenty times he told you. When you finally go your
own ways he finds his way back to you only to talk more lame shit. The
next time you see him you'll try to ignore him to no avail. You see most
people get the idea when their not wanted but not Todd. No, Todd will only
try to get your attention more (like you didn't see him waving and yelling).
Once you acknowledge him, he just starts in with his usual conversation.
His is truly a sad story.
