Connecting People to the Church

Immanuel Lutheran Church and School are located at the intersection
of Michigan St. and Division Ave. and directly West of Spectrum Hospital's
downtown campus.
FROM HIGHWAY 131 SOUTH
1. Take Highway 131 north to Grand Rapids.
2. Exit on Pearl St.
3. Proceed straight through the traffic light on Pearl St., past the Ford Museum and
follow down to
Michigan St..
4. Turn right (East) on Michigan. As you go up the hill the Church will be
on your right after the third traffic light.
FROM HIGHWAY196 EAST
1. Take 196 west to the College St. exit.
2. Turn left (South) on College.
3. Turn right (West) at traffic light on to Michigan St.
4. First you will pass Spectrum Hospital and the
Van Andel Research Institute Buildings then the Church will be on your left
FROM HIGHWAY196 WEST
1. Take 196 east to the College St. exit.
2. Turn right (South) on College.
3. Turn right at the traffic light on to Michigan St.
4. First you will pass Spectrum Hospital and the
Van Andel Research
Institute Buildings then the Church will be on your left
FROM HIGHWAY 131 NORTH
1. Take 131 south to Grand Rapids.
2. Exit on Highway 196 East.
3. Take 196 to the College St. Exit.
4. Turn right (South) on College.
5. Turn right (West) on Michigan St.
6. First you will pass Spectrum Hospital and the
Van Andel Research
Institute Buildings then the Church will be on your left
PARKING (S)-SUNDAY, (E)-EVENING, (W)-WEEKDAY
There are 5 parking areas for members and guests attending worship services.
1. Parking is available in the State of Michigan lot across Michigan St. to
the North of the Church.
This lot will hold 100 or more vehicles. Parking Attendants are available to
assist worshipers with crossing Michigan St. (SE)
2. Parking is available on the East side of the Church for 15-20 vehicles.

3. Parking is available South of the Church in a lot that will hold 200 vehicles.
(S & special events)
4. Parking is available on both sides of Division St. directly West of the
Church building. (W)
5. South of the Church about 1 block is a lot owned by Al and Sons. It's a
short walk but
reasonably convenient. (S)
