very prestigious lecture programme known as Todar Mul memorial lecture series,
has become a hallmark of INCA congresses. Prof. UR Rao, Prof. Yashpal, Mr. TN
Seshan & Mr. YS Rajan are some of the prominent speakers who have delivered
lectures in the earlier INCA congresses. Dr. Kiran Karnik, President,
National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) has
