Three 2-day workshops are planned to precede the Congress in
collaboration with the local branches of INCA,
Indian Society of Remote Sensing (ISRS) and Indian Society of Geomatics
(ISG). It is decided to organise the
workshops in 3 parallel sessions, each one focusing on a particular theme
relevant to the Congress theme. These workshops will include both oral and
interactive sessions. Officials from service industry, government agencies and
researchers and students from educational institutions are invited to
participate in these workshops. The workshop themes are

these workshops. Lectures will be held in the morning (1000hrs to 1300hrs) and
demos will be in the afternoon (1400 hrs to 1800 hrs). Maximum number of
participants per workshop will be 20 only.
A team of professionals belonging to INCA-Gujarat
branch,
ISRS-Ahmedabad chapter and ISG-Ahmedabad chapter
and invited specialists will respectively conduct these
workshops on the above themes.
