I have translated Pudgy's name to Southern Temple. These two names refer to the same person. Eventually I will correct any discrepencies and Pudgy will be gone for good.

Dragon Wong and Iron Stone arrive to find the Four Sword Warriors dead. Southern Temple warns the mob of monks gathered to stay out of his business. The monks, however, Dragon uses his quickness demand revenge for the death of their brothers and surge forward pushing past Iron Stone. After Living Buddha takes out a pair of monks with some knife edge chops Iron Stone steps between him and the monks. Iron implores the monks to stand back while he takes care of the intruder. Living Buddha is happy that Iron Stone has fallen into his hands but knows he has to avoid his Blazing Sword. He rams one of the monks into Iron Stone to throw him off balance and then uses a chain to strike his wrists loosening his grip on the sword. Wrapping his chain around the sword handle Living Buddha yanks it loose and flings it into the top of a nearby tree while giving Iron Stone a very rude kick to the back. Dragon Wong jumps in to the fray but gets smacked across his wrist with Living Buddha's stone chain. The chain wraps around his arm limiting his mobility. Living Buddha uses the chain to pull Dragon Wong towards himself but has to move quickly to avoid Dragon's lightning palm shots. Living Buddha gets through with a claw to the stomach but has his backhand blow blocked. After taking a pair of stiff elbows, Dragon Wong manages to free himself from the chain. Dragon Wong uses his blazing speed and attacks back but misses with a plam shot. Living Buddha assualts him with the chain drawing blood. Iron Stone uses his sword to tangle up the chain but gets it and the chain broken in the process.

Southern Temple is tearing into the monks with a furious assualt. Flute is left staggering From about twenty feet away, Flute starts blasting him with the sound of his flute again. Southern Temple continues to attack the guards so Flute jumps down for a more direct attack. Southern Temple blasts him with a long distance finger strike but flute recovers and blocks another finger strike with his flute. Southern Temple leaps in and tags Flute in the back of the shoulder causing him a fair amount of pain. Southern Temple gets in with another finger jab to the ribs but gets as kick to the face. A third finger strike is blocked but still sends Flute flying backwards. Flute uses his flute like a boomerang, throwing it at Southern Temple's head and then having it return. A woman rushes between the two but Southern Templ still attacks. Despite getting struck with more of Flutes deadly sound he still manages to get in another finger strike to the ribs. The two fly backwards, realing from the impact. Southern Temple is the first get up. A double finger strike knock Flute to the ground. Again, Flute is left staggering Southern Temple attacks but the woman jumps in front to protect Flute and takes the full brunt of the attack.

Meanwhile, a woman is giving Law Wong accupunture to help him after his brutal fight with Firey God.

Back to the fight. The woman lays prone on the ground and a furious Flute attacks but is taken down with another finger strike. Another woman runs up and slaps Southern Temple across the face. Flute drags himself over to the woman who Southern Temple struck and holds her hand. Southern Temple showing some disturbing callousness walks over and kicks Flute in the chin and then begins stomping and punching him. The woman tries to help but before she can strike Southern Temple jumps down on Flute, crushing his head.

Chan is continuing to fight the strange quicksand man. He just got slammed by the strange man's claw but responds with a kick to the face. He then backs away. Chan throws a boulder but the strange man just catches it and throws it back. A new woman steps out from the shadows. She seems to have some level of control over the quicksand man. With a wave of her arm she sends the quicksand man scurrying into the underwater lake. He's only gone for a moment though a lunges for a sneak attack on the woman. Chan intercepts sending both rolling into the lake. The two thrash around in the water.

Personal Observations: It seems strange that Southern Temple would work for Firey God and act in such a brutal manor. He does seem disturbed by his own handiwork and often has tears in his eyes while he goes about killing. As mentioned earlier, Southern Temple is the father of Guy who later will become a close friend to Tiger Wong and Gold Dragon.
