1) Is it true
that homoeopathy has no side-effects? If yes, why?
Yes,homeopathy has no side-effects
because the amount of drug substance in homoeopathic medicines is
extremely small,due to a pecuiar method of potentisation. But
you must also remember that they are medicines afterall.Hence if taken
without medical guidance they could be harmful.

2) Is homoeopathy very slow acting?
This is a very popular misconception.
The time taken for noticeable improvement depends on the duration
of the illness. An illness of 3-4 days duration might be cured
in a day or two,whereas an illness of many years standing will obviously
need more time. top
3) Are lot of diet restrictions to be followed
while on homeopathic treatment?
No, not at all. Apart from the food
restrictions that go with some particular illness (eg.sugar
restriction for diabetics) there are no particular food restrictions
to be followed just because you are on homeopathic treatment.

4) Is homeopathy meant
only for diseases of long standing (chronic diseases) ?
No, homeopathy is equally effective in
acute problems. In fact in,cases of acute problems, results
are much faster.

5) Can diabetics take homeopathic medicines?
Yes.
Most of you may not be aware, but inspite of sugar restrictions
for a diabetic, a major part of the diet (Indian diet) like chapatis
made of wheat, rice contain carbohydrates which is a form of sugar.
So a few homeopathic pills will not drastically alter the blood
sugar levels. If larger number of doses per day are required,
the medicine can be given in liquid from, so as to avoid
sugar pills. Besides, diabetes itself can also be treated with
homeopathy or if necessary a balance of homeopathy & allopathic
medicines.

6) Does the illness worsen for sometime after
starting homeopathic treatment?
Not necessarily.
But if it does, it is in fact a good sign. Your chances
of getting cured early are higher in such a situation.

any system of medicine. So also investigations, as they can only help

are available, it helps. But even if a person is unwilling to open
up this part of his/her personality to a physician, he/she can
still be treated based on his/her physical attributes & symptoms.

in homeopathy a very lengthy procedure?
This varies a great deal from
physician to physician & also from patient to patient. At times
even 5 minutes may be enough, at other times it could extend for half
an hour.It also depends a great deal on the level of awareness of
the patient about homeopathy.

software on homeopathic is installed.Such software is usually a collection
