Lance Neal is somewhat literate, and he is a good friend of Steve Melling; thus, he managed to "earn" the title of Executive Editor of Indie Pizza. Also, Lance has spent five years of his life as a peon in the indie pizza business, so he can lend an "insider perspective" on the world of indie pizza.

Lance has a B.A. in English, and he is currently the assistant editor of a trade publication. He spends his free time hanging out with his wife, watching television, daydreaming, and eating. In addition, Lance is an aspiring novelist and poet.
