Appearance  First lets begin with her face. Her face shows her personality very well, devious, sneaky, cheerful, adorable, and cunning. Her face symbolizes her cheerful and haughty personality. 
Her upper body is slim and slender. Being slim, shes very light and comes useful when running. She has a tiny waist, and average-size bossums.
 Yuffie carries her over-sized Shuriken on her right hand. (she also uses any weapon you equip her with, but it only appears in battle) Her arm is covered by some strange accessory, and wears a glove to hold her weapon (so she doesnt hurt herself). 
On her left hand, Yuffie wears some sort of clothing. She uses this arm to
summon monsters and to catch her Shuriken. She also uses this arm to taunt enemies (and teammates) with a fist (or fury of fists). As for the clothing, I have no idea what it is. It seems as though its some sort of clothing for ninjas (since I've never seen it before). Even so, it matches Yuffie's ninja heritage.
 Yuffie wears really short, tight, seductive shorts on her slim and slender waist. Its traditional that a woman has a tiny waist in Chinese heritage, so thats probably why shes slim and slender. The shorts are easy to move in since they are very short. As for the unbuttoned part, I have no idea why she does this, she probably does it to show her exotic and seductive side, no?
 Yuffie's legs are tightened by some sort of metal thing... After the metal...thing, you find that her leg is covered by the same sort of clothing as her right arm. I believe this protects her from injury. And if you continue following the trail of weird and bizzare clothing...thing, you'll see long wool socks that are a bit loose. As for her shoes, I'm pretty sure that they're boots, since they have the boot-like figure? (How should I know? I'm not an expert on clothing.)
