| + + Z p r 1 + + Z = Zynth (synthetic) Pr = Project 1 = One Zpr1 is a synthpop, ebm, darkwave, progressive pop project, in which the style is a mixture of Gothic as its heart and the industrial, ebm & synthpop music. This project it's been around since early 2002, and it is a solo project of Carlos Carrera. At the beginning was only used to make remixes for other bands, but after some time he decided the project uniqueness was getting bigger and recorded by the end of 2002 the album "Moments passing by". Zpr1's sound was more inspired back then by the synthpop scene and its first album was pretty much in that vein. Carlos kept doing remixes for several local projects such as "Nexus 8" & "Aeön" for some time until 2005 when the creating process for the 2 album started. But wasn't until fall 2006 when he starts recording and remixing the songs and bring life in December of 2006 to the album "Where has happiness go?" This new album is more mature than the first one and varies a lot in style going from some sort of electrodark all the way up to ebm touched by the wand of darkwave, full of emotions and dancing bits. |
| + + T H E B E G I N N I N G + + Rewritable Media is an electrodark project of Isenngard's creator and front man Carlos Carrera, in which he makes great use of electronic and industrial music filling it up with aggressiveness and anger. Rewritable Media is an objective repulsion to the existence of our breed. This project is influenced by bands such as: blutengel, l'ame immortelle, decoded feedback, funker vogt, front 242, ministry, razed in black and leaether strip. Rewritable Media started around the year 2000, but it was until 2002 when RM becomes a solid project. In the year 2002 Rewritable Media gives birth to its first production "don't worry 2 much". Some of the top hits of this album are: file a, one second, mechanic, hunger, feel and see y don't worry 2 much. The lyrics are about the destruction of the world, sexual hunger, hate, anger but also reflecting loneliness, sadness and love, all of this feelings in a somewhat aggressive mood. Rewritable Media is working on new songs for a new album, which will be released late summer 2007 |
