Native American Player

Lacrosse is fast becoming one of the most popular games across America! Younger players are losing interests with traditional sports (baseball, soccer, and football etc.) and are choosing to participate in a more highly intriguing sport. Although it looks somewhat similar to the body contact of football, it involves a bit more preciseness in handling the ball, and players' physical agilities. Spectators usually watch the game with awe, falling into the eventual spiritedness of Lacrosse, which a was actually a sacred game to the original players of the sport and habitants of North America, over 1000 years ago!

Welcome to Nichol's Lacrosse Team!

Frank Nichols, AKA Skank, is proud to present another program of Lacrosse to the San Diego community. The lacrosse team of Martin Luther King MS in Oceanside, has been performing quite well considering most players are new to this unusual but older sport.

Coach Nichols not only holds an awesome reputation as a fine lacrosse player, originating back East, Long Island since 1960's, but he also has been a frontiersman in "forging" the popularity of Lacrosse to the West as early as 1970's.

He has gained the recognition as one of the finest Lacrosse players, one not to be reckoned with on or off the field. At a maturer age, and through much bruising, he and his comrades of the 2002 USA Team Stars won the World Games in their Division.

"Perfect practice makes perfect play" states Coach and his team players not only gain skills acquisitional through good coaching, but strength and stamina of a skillful "warrior" as a maturer young man.

We welcome back the players from Valley MS who are grateful for the continunance of a team and who contribrute much of their own expertise to the team.
