Lady of the Green Kirtle - green-clad woman whom Jill and Eustace meet on the bridge at Ettinsmoor in The Silver Chair. Also known as the Queen of the Underworld. Is responsible for the death of Caspian's Wife the Queen (Ramandu's Daughter)and the kidnapping and enchantment of Prince Rilian. Sends Jill and Eustace to Harfang and the Gentle Giants where she intends for them to be eaten in the Autumn Feast. Is killed when Rilian, Eustace, and Puddleglum cut off her serpentine head.

Lamb - the form Aslan takes at the World's End in The Voyage of theDawn Treader. Aslan assumes this form for a short time before changing into His familiar Lion form.

Lapsed Bear of Stormness - a talking bear of Narnia who had reverted to his wild ways. Corin thunder-Fist climbed to the bear's den and box it for thirty-three rounds before the bear gave and changed his ways in The Horse and His Boy.

Lefay, Mrs. - Andrew Ketterly's godmother in The Magician's Nephew. She gives Andrew a magical powder from which he is able to fabricate several rings by which one may journey between worlds.

Liln, Lady - bride of Fair Olvin. Subject of a song in The Horse and His Boy.

Lilygloves - chief mole to King Peter in Prince Caspian. He predicted that the apple orchard being planted outside the gate of Cair Paravel would come in handy someday, as it did in Prince Caspian.

Lune - King of Archenland in The Horse and His Boy. Father of Cor and Corin, Princes of Archenland. Defeats Rabadash in battle at Anvard.
