Obi Summary:|
This obi has the flat shape of a maru obi, but there is a crease down the middle of about half of the length. This makes us suspect that it was a Nagoya obi at one time. The base color is a deep red, and the design motif is silver diamonds with deep red centers. The condition of this obi is good. There are no apparent stains, but there are creases that may or may not detract from the appearance of the obi, depending on your eye. Use it as a table runner, interior design highlight piece, or cut it up and re-use the pieces in whatever way you see fit!
