Instructor mandated exam dates on any syllabus are approximate - none of these are etched in stone

• College exam dates are what they are!
• Exam dates, once announced in class are firm, subject to unforeseen class or instructor circumstances
• You MUST be present on exam day - other exam times will be granted only in very exceptional cases
• You must communicate with me (phone: 529-3826 or e-mail) at least one full day prior to the exam if you will be absent (you will be requesting permission to write the exam another time and explaining your circumstances)
• Communication re: exam absence is not enough, I will need to grant permission for you to schedule another time. I will try to respond, however if you do NOT hear from me, you will need to be PRESENT with the rest of the class
• If you do not communicate with me prior to the exam, do not receive permission for another exam time, and are absent for the exam, your exam grade = 0
