| This
beautiful resot was originally named because it was "..fit for a Queen".
Queenstown is New Zealand's premier holiday destination with stunning weather
and 4 unique seasons. We did not expect Queenstown to be this beautiful. We thought that it would be a city like Christchurch but were delighted by the beautiful lake and the scenery. We wanted to fly to Milford Sound from Queenstown but for 3 times our flight were cancelled due to bad weather conditions. But we managed to ride the Shotover Jet and did white-water sledging here. We also managed to catch the Skyline Gondola to the summit of the hill overlooking the town. The second panorama is a taken there. |
