About Us:

This apartment rental had its beginning in May 1998, right before the Expo 98 was open.

During the period of the Expo, we accommodated lots of people from the most different parts of the world. And we carried on after the Expo 98 was closed.

All the activities concerning the renting are kept by two people:

Fernando Costa

Born in Lisbon, graduated in engineering, author of this website, takes care of all the publicity and website updates.

Helena Vaquinhas

Born in Azores Islands, graduated in languages, takes care of the public relations with guests, answering to all the questions asked and tuning the final agreements.
