Booking Procedure:

  1. Send an e-mail request to us to check vacancies and prices, with particular reference to the following:

    • Date of arrival
    • Date of departure
    • Number of persons
    • Number of rooms required

  2. We will reply with details on prices and you will be asked to send a deposit, which is a percentage of the total amount - 30% or 50%, according to season. The deposit should be in Euros in the following accepted forms:

    • Cheque in Euro
    • Postal money order
    • International money order
    • Bank transfer

Be aware that, usually, in a bank transfer there is a fee both to the sender and to the receiver. We only accept "bank transfers" without any costs for us. You have to state that request in your bank when ordering the money transfer.

Do NOT send a transfer through Western Union, because we already had some bad experiences with this company. Even if the transfer is very quick you should pay a lot more, due to the low exchange rates they use.

We do NOT accept credit cards

The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there is another guest for the same period

  3. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will send to you the address of another web page, where you will be able to access all the information needed. This includes directions to the destination, with maps and photos, as well as a great deal of practical and useful information about Lisbon... all easily printable!
At this point the booking is complete

About the DEPOSIT

The deposit is always the most complicated part of the process, as it is still difficult to send money through the Internet.

TIPS based on our experience:
  1. Cheque in Euro

If you live in Europe, it is the easiest way to send money. In the US and most countries, it is possible to buy a cheque in Euro in your bank

  2. Postal Money Order

In Europe, this is the second cheapest way of sending money through your local Post Office. If you live in the United States, it is not possible

  3. International Money Order

Although you can use this all over the world, in some cases, especially in the US, it takes a long time for a bank to process it and it takes some time to reach Portugal

  4. Bank transfer

This is the best and safest way to send money. It works all over the world. We will send you all the details upon request.
Do not forget to ask your bank a transfer with no costs for us.
