As Melanie approached two months of age, we decided that she'd "woken up" enough to have a real portrait done. Praying for cooperation from Erik (when was the last time you met a two year old who could sit still for more than one or two seconds), we booked an appointment at a department store portrait studio and made our way there for the appointed time. The photos below are the result. (Actually, the vignette effect is me playing with a photo package, but I think it's kind of cute.) |
