Bard Instructions

At this point in time we are not accepting Bard's as clients.  Firstly, the intricacies of BCNM40 "Steamed Sprouts" are far too detailed to assure a victory with the team, and the second reason is that a Bard should technically have little to no trouble finding BCNM groups with which to participate.
