Not being able to cover every minute detail over the website has provoked the need for this page.  On it there are various questions that might be asked concerning our service as well as answers to those question.  At the end of the page are various contact methods for people who would like to get a hold of the people of MANGLED mandragora directly.

How do I contact you?

1) How do I become a member of the MANGLED mandragora team?

If you have a level 40 job and would like to apply to be a static member of the MANGLED mandragora team, please send us an email to mangledmandragora@yahoo.com with your character name, job(s) at 40, and why you'd like to be a member of the team.

2) How do you determine the values of the drops?

When you sell your drop that you get for BCNM, the fee is 30% of what you sell it for - not what it is currently listed for in Jeuno.

3) Is there any situation at all that I might not receive 50,000 gil if we lose as advertised?

The only situation in which the 50,000 gil return would not be applicable is if the client intentionally ruined the BCNM attempt (casting Diaga on the Domovoi's would do it).  However considering the subjective nature of most losses, this would have to be a very convincing attempt to sabotage one's own BCNM.

4) If I have X job, and Y subjob, is that ok?

In actuality every job but Bard has been accounted for as being able to perform a BCNM with us regardless of subjob so one need not worry about that.  We do ask that your subjob choice is properly leveled.

5) I do not have X piece of equipment for my level 40 job.  Can I still do the BCNM with you?

To put it simply, it's YOUR BCNM.  You make what you can of it.  We are confident in our ability to win even if we have a client who performs substandardly - however your chances of success will be greatly increased with proper equipment.  Damage dealers need appropriate weapons, tanks need defense and vitality gear, casters need MP gear.

6) Are you available on any server other than Pandemonium?

At this point MANGLED mandragora only exists on the Pandemonium server.  If someone is looking to adopt this service to the use of another server, then we would support that endeavour.

7) What inspired you into doing this service?

Aevanon: The idea for the service began shortly after I reached level 40 with Bard.  After doing nearly 12 successful BCNM runs in a row with LS members I realized that certain people were constantly invited to do BCNMs and others were not and so the former profited much more.  I only used one orb in the 12 first attempts, yet I benefited from a 1/6th of the treasure for every run I did early on.  This disturbed me as I felt that the orb holder should be the one to receive the majority of the loot and the other members should be paid for nothing more than their time, regardless of drops.  This was a rather unpopular idea however, so I decided to start BCNM40 R Us.  The idea was basically to help the orb holder the best we could by performing the BCNM for them and letting them keep the drops.  However, due to early scheduling problems and the loss of my static Paladin, BCNM40 R Us flopped despite its 6-1 record.  A few months later I realized I needed a stronger approach - the kind a website would give me along with paid "employee's" rather than modestly paid volunteers.  Hence, MANGLED mandragora was born.
