Ranger Instructions

As a Ranger joining us in BCNM40 "Steamed Sprouts" you will take the role of one of the damage dealers.

Preparation

Bring your normal melee gear for level 40 as well as mithkabobs for extra damage.  Don't forget arrows...yes I'm serious.

Once entering into BCNM40 you will follow the guidelines detailed in the overview.  Once the Paladin engages the Dvorovoi your job will kick into action.

Be sure to prepare a Flood macro that looks something like this: '/party <Flood> <call>'

Flood Watch

Kill the Dvorovoi as fast as possible and watch out for Flood.  You will most likely be out damaging the Paladin so be sure to be prepared to run down the hallway in case you are targeted with Flood.  Unlike normal melee you will need to stand close to the Dvorovoi while fighting it.  We cannot afford you getting hate and having the Dvorovoi move any closer to the Bard or Red Mage - so its safer just to stand nearby.  Plus your extra melee attacks will help kill it just that much more quickly.

Onion Genocide

Follow the basic guidelines as detailed in the overview attacking one Domovoi at a time until they are all dead.
