Application Procedure After you have selected your maid, we will submit your application to the Immigration Department to obtain visa and work permit. Upon approval and payment of maid’s levy, we will send the necessary documents to our overseas counterpart to process the orderly departure of your maid. To ensure safe and speedy departure, all our maids will arrive by air. We will receive your maid from the airport. Your maid will have three medical examinations and an orientation course before you pick them up from our office. Your maid will have her first medical examination in an overseas clinic (recognised by the Malaysian Ministry of Health) when she reports to the training centre. A second medical check-up will be performed before departure, and finally a third medical examination will be done upon arrival in Malaysia. Your maid is also covered with hospitalization and PA insurance to protect her and you from unforeseen mishaps.
