Consulting and Contracting

The primary activities of our firm evolve around  consulting and contracting. We have been involved in the construction of numerous projects in the coastal areas of Syria and Northern Lebanon. Presently, we are involved in a supervision and consultancy contract with Garbuio S.p.A. of Treviso, Italy. Garbuio is installing a Tobacco Re-drying Station for GOT (General Organization of Tobacco) in Lattakia. Mansour Architect is supervising civil works at the job site and is providing administrative and logistic services for the company in Syria. Our fine attention to details have made us a favorite subcontractor for architectural firms in Damascus and we have served in this capacity as supervisors for their construction projects in Tartous and Jableh. Through the Order of Syrian Engineers, we have also been appointed to handle architectural studies of residential building blocks for various organizations in the public sector. Our portfolio includes a long list of diverse contracts, all successfully completed or are presently under progress.

CAD

As consultants for engineering firms we have carried out complete hydrographic studies in coastal cities in Syria and Lebanon. The port authorities requested comprehensive profiling, sections, and depths charting to come up with a complete study which includes quantity analysis of dredging areas. We probably are one of a very few consulting  firms in the region that can carry out such studies. Cooperation between the city of Tartous and Mansour Architect has resulted in several impressive projects, the most significant of which is a complete survey of the old city. Additionally, we are always involved with leading architects in Damascus and elsewhere who often request rendering and walkthroughs of their imaginative work. The same care is taken when performing smaller jobs through the Order of Syrian Engineers directly to the end-user.

Photo Editing

Most CAD jobs could never be completed without photo editing, especially when color printing is the ultimate goal of a project. We use the latest in color printing and plotting hardware. We have created or compiled some very impressive CV's for different companies after converting their old pictures into a digital album.

Graphic Design

Some of the final presentations requested have to be delivered eventually to our customers' clients. Whether they are brochures, posters, fliers, or large advertisement banners, the ability to design an eye appealing work of art is paramount. We collaborate with some fine artists who are dedicated to the use of advanced technology while maintaining the right perspective as far as simple and elegant taste is concerned.

Scanning, Printing and Plotting Services

Some local firms carry out their own CAD work and take advantage of our in-house facilities for their professional quality scanning and wide- format color printing & plotting. For them, we take the background role of a courteous service bureau and in this capacity we try our utmost to remain transparent and to fulfill their varied requirements. Our small PC network with its' plethora of scanners, printers and plotters is second to none in the region and would go head to head with the best in the business.

Web Design

Until very recently, few businesses in Syria have considered going online with their own site. This is especially true of Tartous, where the idea is still very novel. We are in the process of designing some of these sites for our customers who have just ventured into the world of the Internet. We custom design home pages and take care of the hosting process. Whether it's simple presence you need or a complex site, we can help in providing an efficient and elegant home page.
