Discover a 150-acre marine life park filled

visitors face-to-face with polar bears, beluga whales and walruses. Shamu's Happy Harbor
is a tropical-themed play land. Penguins waddle in Penguin Encounter, sharks sneer
in Shark Encounter, and dolphins romp at Rocky Point Preserve. Sea World, on
San Diego's beautiful Mission Bay, is open daily. |

San Diego Zoo
The world-famous San Diego Zoo is located in Balboa Park and is home to 800 different
species including a pair of rare giant pandas (on long-term loan from the People's
Republic of China), in enclosures carefully designed to resemble the animals' natural
habitat. The entire Zoo is designed as a 100-acre tropical garden that can be visited
on foot and on a special three-mile guided bus tour. | |

Old Town San Diego
Old Town San Diego is considered the "birthplace" of California, and is home to 37
