Brave I am not, I can hear my heart say,
days I keep trying to find different ways.
Ways of understanding
all the pain I have gone through,
wondering how much more time I have
if it is worth it all anew.
I tell myself yes, as much as I can,
God wouldn't give us more then we could withstand.
But how hard it is now
day by day to go on,
not knowing the right answer,
for myself to belong.
So in your hands Lord,
I leave my fate to you.
Do what you must,
but please help me see it through.
I know not what to do
or even the prayer,
all I know for right now is more and more dispare.
