Jen is a fairy and she stumbles across a human named Pacey, who teaches her all she needs to know about the birds and the bees!
After winning a school contest, Jen and Pacey find themselves 3,000 miles away from their significant others and stuck in San Diego, California, and then later stuck in the Pacific on a deserted beach.
After 8 years apart, a tragedy brings Joey and Pacey together, then a string of murders keeps them at arms length as reporter Potter and ex-FBI agent Witter get to the bottom of things in the Big Apple.
