Welcome fellow friends, and Republicans, to my most glorious and wonderful Democrat Page, of course devoted to Democrats, as I am one. My views have always been on the liberal side of the spectrum, and my friends think I could never move any further left, but trust me that is not the case. I am a strong democrat, and I am not a fan of Bush, to put it lightly.

John Edwards

- The man I wanted for Vice President of the United States in 2004, but you can't win them all! Senator Edwards is a common man with moderate beliefs we all can agree with. His ability to gather support and energize people is amazing, and although he didn't win, I have hope we will come back and be a presence in the political spectrum in the near future. His optimism never wavers, and his beliefs never change. He is not any normal politician, but a truthful and honest man we all can support!

Environment

- The most precious of ALL we have. The environment is the trees we walk by, the ground we walk on, and the air we breathe. I am so glad that Congress, or the Senate, did not pass the law letting drilling go on in Alaska. What a horrible idea to hurt and KILL this land and animals for OIL!!! If our SUVs and Hummer's got better gasoline, even just like the average car, we would have no need to even get oil from Iraq or Kuwait. But no, the Republican's can't do that, the rich companies might have to spend more money, and the only good it would do is helping the environment and saving us from ourselves! Think about that.

Education

- Education is more important than most things can ever be. Quality of education decides what our next leaders will be like, so it obviously deserves priority. Put our children first! This No Child Left Behind plan that President Bush produced has become a major disaster. Schools that need the most help are losing more money and grades than ever, and more children are being 'Left Behind' than ever! We can't waste our childrens' school career, for it begins the path of their future! The children of today are the leaders of tomorrow! We can't let President Bush and the Republicans keep leave our children behind!

-Economy

- The economy really could not get much worse. Here we are in all this trouble, our stocks are worth almost nothing, and yet we almost DO nothing. Congress and the President pass a tax cut, but that will not do any good. We are slowly moving back in the right direction but the President has done SO many things which just confuse me, I will never understand. The stock market is not rebounding and more and more citizens are losing jobs. So what does our President want to do? Pass a new immigration law to let illegal immigrants become legal easily so they can have jobs. What else? Send people to the moon. Didn't we already do that? That takes more jobs and money from the American people! What will our President think of next?! We can't let this continue. T

Well there you have it. Just a few of my views in a condensed fashion. Politics has always been a fun area for me, and I really enjoy reading about how Bush is making all these mistakes, to put it lightly, although it also saddens me to see the direction we are traveling. If only Al Gore won. Oh wait, HE DID. But that is another story. GO DEMOCRATS!
