Music is my life. I devote so much of my time to music, from accompanying choirs to playing the organ and handbells in church services, I just love music. I've played the piano for about seven years and the organ for about two. I play in handbells at church and also sing in choir there. I sang in two school choirs, the 9th grade mixed choir, and chamber choir! Now I am a junior and in Concert Choir! I have accompanied Treble Choir, Mixed Choir, Select Women, the Concert Choir, and the Combined Choirs on numerous occasions, including State Contests and Regional Contests down in Dallas, a contest in New Orleans, and for other Concerts in between. I am also a section leader/student conductor, and have been leading various sections in Concert Choir with their pieces. The teacher says soon I will actually conduct the entire choir! I am very excited. I am also planning to play a piano concerto with an orchestra for the end of the year Mostly Mozart concert. I also have been a fill-in organist for churches in the Oklahoma City Metro area on many occasions.
Hopefully I'll get midis of pieces I've been playing and singing, and all sorts of pictures of my favorite instruments and composers and info on them and stuff. Just remember that music and express your inner feelings so much better than anything else can. Music can solve all sorts of problems, and brings you closer to yourself, and God.
