Honey Kisaragi a.k.a. Cutey Honey

The defender of our city. Honey is the greatest creation of the late Dr. Kisaragi. Created in the image of Kisaragi's deceased daughter, Honey was designed to be more than just an android - a protector of humankind. She feels pain - both physical and emotional just like you and me - and therefore, she understands what it means to be human.

Many years ago, she saved this city from a great evil known as the Panther Claw and its demonic master Panther Zora. Afterwards, a seal in her memory was activated to enable her to live a normal life - with none of the traumatic memories of her battles against Zora and the Panther Claw. After a while, she dropped from sight and I went after her. As fate would have it, we were reunited here - back where it all began.

Honey has the ability to assume virtually ANY female form and gain the appropriate skills associated with that form. This is all accomplished by the Atmospheric Element Condenser built into her body and a process known as the Honey Flash.

OOOH HONEY!! FLASH SOME OVER HERE!! Ahem...where was I? Oh yes...

During the Honey Flash, she is completely nude for a brief moment as the AEC creates her new form. The AEC also alters the length, color and style of her hair and even regenerates damaged areas of her body.

Honey's most famous alternate form is that of the lovely warrior Cutey Honey. In this form, she is a master fencer armed with a rapier named the Silver Floret. Another weapon she uses is her Honey Boomerang. Regardless of her form, two articles of clothing always remain constant: her choker and her armband - both of which are adorned with a single valentine heart.

Chokkei Hayami

Chokkei is the last of the Hayami bloodline and proof that there IS hope for the future. His dedication to our family's legacy of justice is beyond reproach. When the Moto Mutant Gang threatened the mayor, he valiantly stood his ground. Face of a youth, but the heart of a man I tell ya!

Chokkei possesses rudimentary hand-to-hand combat skills. If he's got any special talents, it's gotta be his incredibly good luck to survive any situation he gets into tagging along with Honey and I.

Danbei Hayami

I was there when Honey first saved this city from Panther Zora. When she dropped from sight, I became fearful of what may happen if Zora were to rear her ugly head again. In order to look after future generations, I underwent a surgery to transform me into a cyborg. After that, I traveled abroad in search of Honey, leaving the city in the care of my grandsons Seiji and Junpei (sometimes I wonder if that was a wise decision...). But now that I'm back, I'm doing all I can to help Honey and my descendants protect and restore this city to its former glory.

My cybernetic body is armed with a whole mess of weapons and gadgets - including my signature rocket punch!. In addition, I just happen to be a master hand-to-hand combatant.

Akakabu Hayami

Chokkei's father and one of my descendants (through my grandson Junpei, I think). Akakabu was facing a few years in the can for armed robbery. Were he not a Hayami, I would've let him stew in a nice, cold prison cell. But blood is thicker than water. Honey, Chokkei and I worked out a deal with Mayor Light to reform him and Daiko. I'll admit, I'm rather pleased with his progress (although I still think he's got his head up his ass).

Akakabu possesses a very high pain threshold and can endure bludgeoning damage that would kill or maim the average person (damn, I've always said he had a thick skull, but this is ridiculous!). Akakabu is a competent hand-to-hand combatant and marksman.

Daiko Hayami

Chokkei's mother. She and Akakabu are just two of a kind - a regular Bonnie and Clyde. Like Akakabu, Daiko was looking at some hard time for their long list of (often botched) armed robberies.

Daiko was the first president of the Thug Alliance - that's where she met Akakabu. Against my advice (and perhaps her better judgment), she is still active in the organization as its Secretary General (hoo boy, that's NOT gonna look good on my report to the mayor!)

When angered, Daiko's strength rises to superhuman levels - kinda like the Incredible Hulk, 'cept she doesn't get any bigger or turn green. Like her hubby, Daiko is a competent hand-to-hand combatant and marksman.

Natsuko

This bright young lady was heading toward a dead end in life until we found her and took her in. She now puts her talents to good use protecting the city.

I've noticed that Chokkei's taken quite a liking to her and I have to admit she's the best thing to happen to him since puberty - HA HA HA HAAAH!!

Natsuko is a technical genius. She possesses rudimentary hand-to-hand combat skills.
