Who can join the MOMS Club?

The MOMS Club is a support group for mothers who stay at home with their children, including those who have home-based businesses and those who work part-time but are home with their children for some portion of the day.

 

Where do I have to live to join the MOMS Club of California, MD?

The MOMS Club of California, MD is open to all stay-at-home-moms in St. Mary's County who live in the elementary school districts of Banneker, Green Holly, Greenview Knolls, Hollywood, Leonardtown, and Town Creek.  Don't know your school district?  Search by street name at the SMCPS website.

Don't live in these areas? Contact the International MOMS Club for information on a chapter that serves your area.

 

Can I attend a MOMS Club activity before I decide to join?

Yes! Non-members may attend up to two monthly business meetings or park days before deciding whether to join. We strongly recommend that you do so you can meet existing members and get a feel for the Club. Please ask our Membership Vice President for a copy of our prospect calendar. It is International MOMS Club policy that only members may attend other events.

 

Are there membership dues?

Yes. Annual membership dues are $20, and are due when you join. Dues help to defer costs of running the club including monthly newsletters, membership mailings and handouts, activity groups, meeting rooms, parties, and children's room activities. MOMS Club is a non-profit club. The board and other committee members are volunteers and do not receive any compensation.

 

How do I join the MOMS Club of California, MD?

Once you have decided to join the club, contact our Membership Vice President for an application.
