Marcus is a sweet little Teddy Bear that Matt won at Magic Mountain last summer, and currently lives in Matt's car (in the back window, actually... or sometimes in one of our arms when we need security.. he's really sweet about that!) along with Shandi... amongst the OTHER things that live in Matts car as well... The origin of Marcus' name is actually quite a tale. You see, once upon a time, The Sandwich Project was out late at night... OUR night... (surprise...) and found a hill to race up and down in the car. As the car made a swerving turn, the teddy bear in the back window flew down into Erics arms, saving it from sailing out the window. The relieved little teddy bear was almost named Yeti (since there were a few Yeti sightings that night... yikes!) but Eric looked up and the crosstreet was called "Marcus", as opposed to "Roscoe" which he was also almost named. Hence, the name. It was his calling. We adore Marcus... and if you have a problem with that, you're gonna have to take it up with YETI... and that won't be pretty.
