Inside a lunchbox is a grin...
Yup, that's me!
Happiness is a Lunchbox!
My love of lunchboxes was born several years ago. No, not because I am a Marylin Manson fan (although, I AM envious of his collection... and based on the contents of this site, I'm sure you would find it hard to believe if I were...) but because of my love of collecting 80's nostalgia.

There's something about a lunchbox that pleases me... it makes me feel like a little girl again! For now, I have on display my not-so-extensive-but-genuinly-loved collection of boxes. Their condition ranges, but none are flawless. This is because I don't believe in 'storing' things, keeping them from the world. They're meant to be used and shared with the everyone, and that's what I'm gonna do with them. "But they're worth money!" Pish posh! They're worth more to me than any amount of money can ever be, already - they're priceless, as is. Each scratch and rust stain only makes it more loved and adored. My lunchboxes are my princesses (and princes!) and that's simply never going to change.

Often displayed in public as my purse, and occasionally called 'oolllddd school!' by the ravers at my former school... here they are! The images are ick (changing some soon!), but you get the gist... please be patient - loading time's horrendous! Happy Lunchboxing, O Castle Adventurer!

My E.T. lunchbox! This is my pride and joy! I had dreamed about it for years... then one day at a swap meet a REALLY awesome old man with a REALLY awesome hat sold it to me! Hail old men!

Ready??? CARE.... BEAR..... STARE!!! Yup, that's right. That's how I got this one... it was a huge battle between me and the Care Bears against Professor Cold Heart. Of course, with that handy stare, we won. And the Love-O-Meter hasn't dropped any points since!!!

My first metal lunchbox! I have a sentimental attatchment to this one...she and I have been EVERYWHERE. I couldn't begin to tell ya how much she knows about me. Honestly? It's my berry berry favorite one! (but shh! don't tell the others!)

La la lala la laaaaaaa! The image quality isn't too great, but the box itself is a marvel. It's focal point is Smurfette, which highly satisfys me, and it's light blue plastic makes me nothing but Happy Bein' Blue!!!! *sigh*

By The Power of Grayskull mountain... I have THE POWERRR!!! And I do! I call this my 'boy box'. Little boy stuff is pretty cool once you get past the cooties part. It's usually kinda creepy, but it's a nice change from Care Bears and Popples sometimes. But,don't get me wrong, She-Ra's my number one chica.

I have this Gremlins one too!! I have to make sure not to spill water on it though or it shall multiply and turn EVIL!! Antique shops are sooo awesome because this one was broken and I fixed it! Just $5.00 man, and they sell for about $15.00. I think that's a deal, don't you? And it's got Gizmo on the front and him on the side in the little PINK car!!! Who could ask for more? Well... besides me. ;).

Rainbow Brite!!! Heaven knows how long I have wanted this one! I was on the quest for a metal one ( I KNOW you're out there somewhere!!) but for now, I settled. I love this one just as much as the rest (expectedly) and it is yet again fantastic plastic from the 80's. So0o0o000oooo that makes it ok!! 'Nuff said!.

No, your eyes aren't decieving you! This is a genuine Rose Petal lunchbox that I love with all my heart. Complete with her little drop of dew. My new prized posession, and was definalty worth the wait! Yes, there definatly IS a Garden of Love to share!

That's my Punky Brewster lunchbox. That one's plastic too, but it's equally as awesome as the Smurfs because it is 'fantastic plastic' from the 80's! I always feel a little cooler with Punky at my side... but hey, it's Punky... who wouldn't? ;)

All this world needs is a good hug! According to the Hugga Bunch, that's what dreams are made of. I LOVE this box. It has appeared in and out of my life 2 times and is finally mine! Huggins, Hugsy and Impkins and all the rest are now at my side! It's true when they say that all you need is a Hugga!

Awww look! It's the Moon Dreamers! I love this box, because it's a fain memory of mine when I was goin shopping on my 8th b-day with my godmother. She bought me Blinky, I LOVED her! *sigh*. Anyways, here she is, the box that I am SOO proud to own!!

It's ANNIE!! I lovvvvvvvee Annie. Bet yer bottom dollar! She was always my favorite little girl in a movie, and NO Annie renditions top this one. Daddy Warbucks rules because he was so nice, and all the songs are so sweeeettt!!! Theeee Sun'll come outtttttt... tomorrowwwwww!!!!!!!

As Er the Ic would say "We're Jem girls!", and I really think I am one. Being a girl rocker was always awesome, and somehow being a Rockette still appeals to me. Honestly, this box is wonderful. It's in great condition and shall make a purrfectt purse! Unfortunatly though, it didn't come with a star earring. *Alas!*
