Music Therapy is an established healthcare profession
that uses music to address physical, emotional, cognitive,
and social needs of individuals of all ages.
Music Therapy improves the quality of life for persons who are
well and meets the needs of children and adults with disabilities or illness.
One does not have to know how to play an instrument or read music in order to
participate in Music Therapy. All an individual needs is an inclination
to enjoy music.
Melinda's Music offers Music Therapy for children
with Special Needs as well as individuals in palliative care,
including Dementia programming.
Home and Nursing Home visits are available.

Since 2001 Melinda's Music has continued offering
Music Therapy for children with special needs
(including the Autism Spectrum).
